Service dl317 / 40317 - Statement of instruments blocation information

The service serve for CDCP and its participants to get a picture how rights (pledges, PPN and other blockation types) are organized on particular account, resp. sub-account '41'.
Example:
There were 100 free instruments on the account. Then 3 pledges were created in the following order:
- pledge A - 50 instruments
- pledge B - 40 instruments (taken from free instruments)
- pledge C - 100 instruments (created by 3 services 85217/ev217).
Instruments on the account are divided into 3 groups (ID1, ID2, ID3) - 50, 10 and 40 instruments.
The service output will contain:
Record 1: IDSK=ID1 - pledge A, LEVL=1, QTET=50
Record 2: IDSK=ID1 - pledge C, LEVL=2, QTET=50
Record 3: IDSK=ID2 - pledge C, LEVL=1, QTET=10
Record 4: IDSK=ID3 - pledge B, LEVL=1, QTET=40
Record 5: IDSK=ID3 - pledge C, LEVL=2, QTET=40
