Service is used for CNB or (SSE reinvestment bonds administrator). CNB receives gross return values using the report 40370/dl370, and they send net return information back to CDCP. Consequently CDCP will perform reinvestment.
The service can be entered if field DUPL from service 40370/dl370 = 3. After successful
acceptance of this service it is set DUPL = 4.
