The operating day of the Central Depository for the DLT Evidence system is 24/7 and the operating day of the DLT Evidence is the same as the calendar day.

Support hours

Support for the web, mobile application and the DLT Register is available on business days from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

Instruction validity period

Instruction validity period: 20 days

Time to pay

The time to pay the transfer, including the transfer of money, to already matched instructions is 1 day.

Time limit for return

The deadline for returning incorrectly sent funds (especially missing VS. unknown payer’s account) is 1 day
